WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Brown Women's Wrestling Club is open to all Brown University Undergraduate, Graduate, and Medical Students.

What to wear to practice?

  1. Wrestling Shoes: Wear these only in the wrestling room to prevent bringing skin infections into the room, do not wear outside! Please see coach if you need a pair!

  2. Sports Bra

  3. Leggings, Compression Shorts, Athletic Shorts

  4. Tshirt or Long Sleeve shirt (Dri-Fit or athletic fit preferred. Try to avoid baggie clothes to avoid fabric getting caught during practice)

  5. Hair Ties and Headbands:

    If you have long hair, bring extra hair ties and headbands to keep your hair securely tied back. This keeps your hair out of your face.

  6. (Optional) Protective equipment Mouthguard, Headgear, Kneepads

  7. Bring water!
